Location : Sparks, MD

Work hours: M - F 8am - 5pm

Job Description:

  • Run Reports, Data entry., traffic office administration Admin work
  • This position will need to have a general understanding of distribution logistics and supply chain operations.
  • This position will need communicate and interact with carriers to ensure equipment availability or reschedules shipments with alternate carriers.
  • Advises Customer Service of any changes from normal schedule.
  • Assists with answering customer service inquiries via email and phone, the DC generic phone extension, transferring calls, sending & receiving faxes, sorting mail, receiving visitors, filing records in accordance with client guidelines, operation of visitor and/or employee entrance device, assisting all visitors in a professional manner.
  • Interacts with Warehouse Associates and Customer Service in a professional manner to assure on-time shipments.
  • Some SAP, Microsoft office (specifically Excel) and Outlook required.
