Job description

InfoWest is looking to fill a full and/or part-time technical support position in our St. George, UT Office.
Full-time Benefits include:

Job responsibilities include:
  • Supporting customers on the phone, via email, and in person
  • Troubleshooting problems related to Wi-Fi, Voice over IP, IPTV, Email Sending/Receiving, and more
  • Repairing/troubleshooting problems with customer computers, iPads, tablets, and phones in-office and at home.
  • Routine configuration and testing of InfoWest and customer equipment and radios

Job requirements are:
  • Computer and Network troubleshooting experience (software and hardware)
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent people skills.
  • A willingness and passion to learn new skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, flexible, team-based environment
  • Strong communication skills not only in face-to-face interactions but also on the phone and via email
  • The ability to self-manage, requiring minimal supervision
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • HTML / PHP / MySQL experience is a plus but not required.
  • Willing to work some weekends (Saturday / Sunday)
