MPG is a national based recruiting firm, with client relationships built from coast to coast. We pride ourselves on many things, but our recruitment specializations, database, and cutting edge software allow us to maintain our national presence and consistent fulfillment. At MPG we know that every company is different, so each of our solutions are unique to each client's needs. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. We think templates are lazy. We don’t understand “good enough”. MPG recruiters get to know their clients needs and build a solution. We design a hiring strategy that fits who the client is. Then our clients get back to running their company (so they can do what they do best) and we get back to running ours (and we’re pretty awesome, too) – finding the professional that makes sense for them. And did we mention that every candidate is backed by our MPG return policy. Yep, you can exchange your new hire for someone else. Who knew? (We did.)
