Job Title: Entry-Level Electrical Assembler
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin

About the Opportunity:
STS Technical Services is seeking Entry-Level Electrical Assemblers to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will assist in the building of enclosures, contributing to our reputation as industry leaders in manufacturing UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures, and modular metal enclosures. Our newly renovated 300,000 sq. foot facility on 51st Street provides an excellent environment for continued growth and success.
Responsibilities:
  • Pre-assemble electrical kits from inventoried components and fabricated components.
  • Perform light fabrication work, including drilling, forming, wire stripping, and crimping.
  • Handle materials efficiently and safely.
  • Collaborate with Electrical Engineering, Production Supervisors, and Team Leads.
  • Support the installation needs for various electrical equipment.

Requirements:
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to read blueprints and bill of materials.
  • Aptitude to learn manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to read measuring devices, such as tape measures.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated with a desire to learn and advance.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must pass competency test and pre-employment physical, including drug screen.
  • Physically fit, able to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.
