ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, sorting, handling, and stocking inbound packages.
Support return processing by counting items, confirming quantities, checking package conditions, and completing related paperwork.
Coordinate shipment pick-up, communicate with drivers, and help arrange daily delivery schedules.
Communicate with internal teams, drivers, and external partners to resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Respond to customer or client inquiries and escalate service issues to supervisors when needed.
Assist with daily cycle counts, inventory checks, variance follow-up, and basic data collection.
Prepare weekly reports and support daily operation updates.
Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment and follow company procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or operations team.
QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
