Overview

Salary Range $10.75 Hourly Position Type Part Time Job Shift Day Category Admin - Clerical

Description

Purpose: To ensure items are distributed in a timely manner.

Function: This full time position works under the direct general supervision of the Ecommerce Manager or Systems Operations Manager. Ensures the Ecommerce product shipments are sent in a timely manner. Answers customer service issues within 24 hours.

Qualifications

Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent preferred, but on-the-job training is provided. Must have good work habits such as acceptable attitude and punctuality. Must respond appropriately to supervision. Excellent typing, spelling and grammar skills required.

  • Assists Shopgoodwill Manager in answering customer queries.
  • Assist in resolution of order fulfillment issues as needed.
  • Pulls items to be shipped or mails items to be shipped. Orders should be shipped within 48 hours of payment.
  • Prints shipping labels out on Endicia Software as needed.
  • Follows safety guidelines
  • Other related duties as assigned by the Systems Operations Manager
  • Keeps Systems Operations Manager informed of progress and problems.
  • Identify and implement process changes to improve productivity.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; push or pull.
  • Must be able to occasionally sit, kneel, squat, and climb.
  • Must be able to regularly stoop, bend, reach tum and twist body and lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
