  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations to improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
  • Become a subject matter expert in GSM's Business Intelligence platform to support inventory visibility and decision-making.
  • Support customer order management activities that drive key operational metrics including Fill Rate, In-Stock performance, and OTIF (On Time In Full).
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve replenishment processes, reporting, and inventory management best practices.
Requirements:

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Replenishment, Forecasting, or Inventory Management.
  • Proven experience supporting Walmart from the supplier/vendor side.
  • Extensive experience using Walmart's replenishment tools, including Scintilla and Retail Link.
  • Experience managing large SKU portfolios (500+ SKUs preferred), ideally within seasonal or consumer products categories.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis. Experience with macros is a plus.
  • Experience with business intelligence, forecasting, and order management systems such as BI, NOVA, Retail Link, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to engage both internal stakeholders and customer partners.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and identifying trends quickly.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, always looking for opportunities to improve processes.
  • Able to build trusted relationships with both internal teams and Walmart partners.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating across multiple departments.
  • Passionate about driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
