Follow us on LinkedIn Sr. Replenishment Analyst is responsible for utilizing advanced planning, forecasting and replenishment techniques to drive sales, maintain high instocks, fine‐tune forecast accuracy, right‐size store and DC inventory for Abbott items at Walmart. Critical activities include monitoring forecast, store instocks, network inventory position, and order patterns to provide recommendations on replenishment strategies and estimate monthly shipment volume. The role is responsible for executing key business activities such as new item launches, promotional activity, item discontinuations, etc. Keep track of trends developing in Carrier on‐time performance across all Walmart DC networks to identify areas of improvement for carrier management team and drive healthy 1‐Day Delivery Window performance. Analyst also manages replenishment activities for Abbott items on Walmart.com. Major Responsibilities Lead the investigation and understanding of DC‐to‐Shelf supply chain processes with Walmart and identify opportunities for improvement and value creation Utilize Walmart's RetailLink data to prepare and present recommendations that drive sales, improve instocks, right‐size inventory, and improve forecast accuracy Lead efforts to drive results through the CPFR process from forecasting POS to DC/Store replenishment Lead the collaborative relationship with Walmart Replenishment Manager that positions Abbott as Supplier of Choice Use POS history, POS forecast, inventory DOS targets, and store/DC inventory position to anticipate Abbott's monthly shipment volume. Collaborate with Abbott National Sales Manager to integrate these insights to the business plan Develop replenishment strategies to maintain high instocks on key strategic items Identify opportunities through Abbott's cost‐to‐serve model to streamline product flow and drive waste reduction Understand Abbott's supply/Fill‐rate risk and implement strategies that balance available supply while protecting instock levels at shelf Work very closely with customer service and transportation team to drive high on‐time performance for Abbott within Walmart's 1 Day Delivery Window program Provide event stewardship for new product introductions, product conversions, promotional events, and unsaleable returns. Must present findings and recommendations to mid‐level and senior level (internal and external) managers and executives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or other related disciplines 3 to 5 years of prior replenishment experience at a CPG company supporting Walmart and/or Sam's Club Requires thorough understanding of CPFR processes and supply chain product flow Professional maturity and ability to work autonomously Strong technical proficiency (Retail Link, MS Excel, SAP) Ability to work with and combine large data sets from varied platforms to perform complex analyses and simplify the output for business teams Must be able to work within structured processes with a high level of accuracy and deliver resolution of complex problems Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills Outstanding analytical and problem‐solving skills The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 – $156,000.00.
