We're looking for an Amazon Account Specialist with hands-on experience managing both Seller Central (3P) and Vendor Central (1P) accounts.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple Amazon brands, including catalog operations, account health, compliance, advertising support, and performance optimization. - Manage Amazon Seller Central (3P) and Vendor Central (1P) accounts.
- Create and maintain product listings, variations, flat files, and catalog content.
- Handle Amazon Seller Support cases, account issues, suspensions, and appeals (POAs).
- Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
- Support Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Optimize listings through keyword research, titles, bullet points, and backend search terms.
- Manage Brand Registry assets, including A+ Content and Brand Story.
- Prepare reports and communicate account performance and ongoing initiatives.
- Stay up to date with Amazon platform changes, policies, and best practices.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Experience working with Amazon Vendor Central (1P).
