Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day ecommerce website operations and related digital systems.
• Oversee website updates, checkout functionality, payment settings, tracking, apps, integrations, and platform configurations.
• Coordinate with developers, agencies, designers, and internal teams to implement enhancements and resolve issues.
• Monitor website performance, mobile responsiveness, customer-facing bugs, tracking issues, and site reliability.
• Ensure websites are user-friendly, mobile-optimized, visually consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
• Understand the impact of themes, apps, integrations, tracking, and platform changes on performance and customer experience.
• Lead ecommerce and website projects from planning through launch.
