If hired after the internship a starting salary will likely be in the following range: $52,000 per year - $82,000 per year - this varies depending on experience, location, success of internship, etc. This is not a guaranteed starting range, just a projection.
Responsibilities
  • Load, transport, and unload HVAC equipment
  • Drive company vehicles to job sites (acceptable driving recordrequired)
  • Assist with installation of HVAC systems, including:
    • Running gas hoses
    • Installing ducting and ventilation
    • Setting up equipment for operation
  • Work closely with service and commercial HVAC technicians
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Acceptable driving record (required)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor conditions

Preferred Qualifications
  • EPA Certification (preferred, not required)
  • Experience in HVAC, construction, or mechanical work
  • Rental equipment industry experience (a plus)
  • Recent trade school graduates encouraged to apply
  • Experience with; high volume of driving travel and hauling equipment on trailers, working in outdoor environments with ALL weather types, explaining technical details to non-technical people, customer service, Installation of Duct work and ventalization work and running gas hoses.

Schedule
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (with on-call rotations andovertime opportunities; weekends as needed)
  • Minimal overnight travel; regional travel
