Dishwasher/Kitchen Aide
The Kitchen Dishwasher/Kitchen Aide plays a crucial role in ensuring that all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces are clean and sanitized according to food safety standards. This position is essential for maintaining a safe and efficient working environment in our cannabis kitchen.
Essential Job Duties
Dishwashing and Sanitation:
  • Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
  • Ensure that all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards.
  • Handle and store cleaned items properly to prevent contamination.

Kitchen Maintenance:
  • Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
