The Pictsweet Company is growing! A 4th generation family owned company established in 1945, Pictsweet is a frozen vegetable producer with agricultural roots.  We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our corporate office team at our headquarters in Bells, TN (Jackson, TN area).

The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the Digital Marketing Manager in executing The Pictsweet Company’s digital marketing initiatives. This entry-level role leads content syndication efforts and assists with website updates, digital campaign execution, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build foundational digital marketing skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This position within our retail marketing department is based at the company headquarters in Bells, TN.


• Lead content syndication efforts including data management and exporting product data updates to external retail and distributor platforms, ensuring accuracy.
• Assist with updates and maintenance of Pictsweet.com, ensuring accurate, timely, and brand-consistent content.
• Support digital campaign execution across social media, paid search, and display advertising channels.
• Coordinate scheduling and publishing of social media posts; monitor engagement and escalate inquiries as needed.
• Help gather, organize, and upload digital assets including product content, recipes, blog posts, and images.
• Compile weekly and monthly reports using Google Analytics, social media insights, and advertising platform data.
• Track key performance indicators (traffic, engagement, conversions) and identify basic optimization opportunities.
• Support cross-functional projects by coordinating timelines, materials, and deliverables.
• Conduct routine quality checks of website and digital content to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends and tools.


Education


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or relevant internship experience)


Experience


• 1–2 years of digital marketing experience (internships applicable)


Special Skills


• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new digital tools and platforms.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and website content management systems preferred
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
