The Product Owner Digital Transformation Associate supports the design and delivery of digital and AIenabled solutions that help clients modernize their operations and achieve business goals. Working closely with senior product owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders, this role helps translate business needs into actionable requirements and contributes to the successful execution of digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and digital trends to support solution design and innovation
  • Assist in bridging communication between technical teams and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Contribute to the design of digital and AIenabled solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Support development teams by helping clarify requirements and ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Analyze existing processes and technology environments to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Research and evaluate technology options for feasibility and alignment with project goals
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, businessfriendly language
  • Assist in assessing the organizational and financial impacts of proposed solutions
  • Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements
  • Help create solution design documentation and materials for development teams
  • Support sprint planning, backlog prioritization, user story creation, and user acceptance testing
  • Participate in problemsolving discussions and help identify dependencies or technical enablers

Experience, Skills & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), APIs, SaaS tools, data concepts, or modern development practices
  • Coursework or certifications in AI/ML, cloud, or digital technologies
  • 0-2+ years of experience in digital transformation, product support, business analysis, or process improvement
  • Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams and supporting client or stakeholder discussions
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprintbased delivery
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $66,100 - $109,500
