Job description

The Biscuit Garden is looking for a part time doggie daycare attendant. We are a boarding and doggie daycare facility looking someone with a strong work ethic, a friendly personality, ability to do lots of cleaning, and a true passion to care for dogs! No experience necessary- this is an entry level position, but we are ultimately looking for someone that wants a career in the pet industry and looking for a long term job with interest in training for pet care, reception, and basic grooming.

Duties include but are not limited to:

· Cleaning dog suites and play areas

· Feeding dogs according to owner instructions

· Providing all pets with fresh water

· Supervising group play and dog interactions

· Appropriately medicating dogs

· Grooming dogs as instructed (bathing and doing nail trims)

· Following laundry procedures

· Following safety procedures

Qualifications include:

· Physical stamina to be on your feet all day bending, lifting, and scooping

· Ability to lift and carry at least 50lbs

· Experience working and caring for pets

· Ability to work part time all year-round including weekends and holidays

· US work authorization

· Reliable transportation

· Must be reliable and responsible

Education/Experience:

· At least 18 years old

· High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Schedule:

· At least 5 hour shifts (Business hours are 7am-7pm)

· Holidays

· Weekdays

· Weekends
