About the Pet Parent Manager Role:
- The primary focus of the PRM is to grow the number of dogs in daycare
- Fully understand the daycare and boarding model
- Fully understand and be able to effectively explain the benefits of our services
- Sell enrollments to new pet parents
- Plan and manage the Social Media campaign(s) for the Center
- Determine and effectively manage the digital spend for the Center
- Establish and manage the guerilla marketing effort for the Center
- Implement and manage the Guerilla Marketing Campaign
- Manage the referral program
- Convert generated leads to a Meet and Greet at the Center
- Convert the Meet & Greets to an enrollment sale
- Conduct the tours to prospective pet parents at the Meet & Greet
- Manage the communications between prospective leads and the Center
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status report
Proven work experience in sales
