Job description

You are someone who seeks to build strong relationships and deliver incomparable Guest service. Honesty, integrity, perseverance, job commitment, and the will to succeed in a highly competitive industry are the qualities our candidates possess.
 
Responsibilities Include
 
  • Respond and engage with online and in-store sales inquiries using our CRM tool, online chat, email, text, phone and Social Media.
  • Film brief vehicle overview videos and send to Guest for their motorcycle(s) of interest.
  • Schedule Guest’s showroom visit, test drive, and prepare their motorcycle(s) of interest prior to arrival. 
  • Continue Guest engagement until the purchase transaction is closed.
  • Learn how to prospect for new business using dealership database and networking activities to identify potential sales opportunities and develop personal “book” of repeat business.
  • Update and manage Guest profiles in dealership database.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
 
  • Company-paid training for new candidates. 
  • Meet requirements for manufacturer certifications in the areas of product knowledge and technology. 
  • Prior automotive or retail sales experience not required. 
  • Bi-lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish highly desirable. 
  • Exceptional Guest service skills and desire to achieve CSI scores above manufacturer requirements.
  • Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem-solve.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required.
  • Present a professional and well-groomed appearance.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Some college preferred.
  • Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License with motorcycle endorsement, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
