Job description

Job Details:

Monday - Thursday 3:45 p.m. - 3:00 a.m. Friday - 3:45 p.m. - until finished Pay - 17.30/hr.

JOB DETAILS:

  • This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

  • This position could work in any area of the Fresh Processing to include the DSI, Debone, Deli lines and Evisceration.

Requirements:

  • Be able to push, pull, carry, and/or lift up to 50 pounds for some positions. Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level.

  • Be able to stand 8- 10 hours a day on hard surfaces.

  • Able to perform repetitive motion.

  • Must be able to climb up and down stairs to get to and from the work areas.

  • Must wear PPE, frocks, gloves, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard.

  • Must pass drug screening.

  • The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

  • Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.

Rehire Consideration:

  • 180 day waiting period

  • Max of two previous Tyson employments to be consider for hire.
