Job Summary:
CCMI, a Simplify Compliance business, has been delivering high-quality and high-value products, services and events to communications service providers and enterprise end users since 1971. As a Data Acquisition Coordinator for FiberLocator, you will be responsible for collecting, formatting and tracking data collected from multiple sources. You will work closely with product management, sales, marketing and development.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring various data set updates to populate FiberLocator
  • Format and upload all data to our SaaS platform
  • Manage relationships and receive updates from existing contacts
  • Research new companies and contacts for outreach to collect new data
  • Maintain schedule of updates
  • Track and report new data and updates monthly
  • Audit internal systems for consistency and accuracy

  • Willingness to self-learn techniques of data re-formatting and GIS processing tools

  • Able to meet daily deadlines
  • GIS skills and experience with QGIS or ArcGIS Pro preferred
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications, MS Teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Available to work a hybrid schedule with up to 3 days in-office
