Data Center Technician Trainee (No Experience Required)

Location: Northern Virginia 
Pay: $15.00 per hour

We are hiring Data Center Technician Trainees to join our team in Northern Virginia. No experience is required. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude who are eager to learn a skilled trade.

You'll receive paid, hands-on training from experienced technicians and learn everything you need to become a successful Data Center Technician. This is an entry-level opportunity with excellent advancement potential in one of the fastest-growing industries in the country.


What You'll Learn

Our training program will teach you how to:

  • Install and organize copper and fiber optic cabling
  • Rack and stack servers and networking equipment
  • Install cable management systems
  • Read construction drawings and layouts
  • Label and document cabling
  • Use industry-standard hand tools
  • Follow data center safety procedures
  • Work alongside experienced technicians on active projects
  • Understand data center infrastructure and best practices

Responsibilities
