Position Summary:
The Administrative Support Clerk provides essential clerical and administrative assistance to ensure smooth and organized office operations. This entry-level position supports daily activities such as data entry, mail handling, visitor reception, and general office maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Clerical Support: Perform basic administrative duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining orderly workspaces.
  • Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. Prepare outgoing correspondence and shipments as needed.
