Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Document customer interactions and update account records in company systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements- Possess or be open to obtaining, a Property & Casualty Insurance License with support from our District.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
