  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude

Requirements
  • Possess or be open to obtaining, a Property & Casualty Insurance License with support from our District.
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
