Customer contact is by phone and e-mail. Primary duties consist of accurate order/data entry and responding to customer questions/requests in a pleasant and efficient manner.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  2. Good reasoning and analytical skills
  3. Ability to multitask in a fast to medium paced work environment
  4. Accurate and efficient keyboarding skills
