Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Earn Regulatory team with daily compliance project management and product operations across Simple Earn, Staking, On-Chain Yields, Loans, and related products.

  • Track and manage regulatory project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies end-to-end — ensuring milestones, sign-offs, and confirmation deadlines are met across jurisdictions.

  • Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), compliance trackers, meeting summaries, and status reports for ongoing regulatory requirements, product suggestions&workstreams.

  • Coordinate and align on a regular basis with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Product, Engineering, local compliance teams, and regional leads) as well as internal stakeholders within Binance Earn.

  • Monitor regulatory developments and product configuration changes across markets, flagging risks and open issues to the team proactively.

  • Act as the DRP (Direct Responsible Person) or POC (Point of Contact) for assigned regulatory workstreams — chasing action items, documenting decisions, and following up with stakeholders on outstanding deliverables.

  • Support regulatory reviews of product configurations (e.g. product availability, whitelist/blacklist logic, UI/wording changes) by consolidating requirements and evidence from multiple teams.

  • Help maintain accurate records and audit trails of regulatory decisions, approvals, and remediation actions across all jurisdictions.

  • Support the broader Earn Growth agenda where regulatory and growth workstreams intersect — e.g. market openings, product launches, and TVL initiatives — ensuring compliance requirements are embedded in execution.

  • Assist with ad-hoc regulatory analysis, data requests, and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship or entry-level) in project

  • Strong interest in crypto, DeFi, and Web3 regulation — a proactive habit of researching regulatory and industry developments is highly valued.

  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn crypto regulatory frameworks across key jurisdictions (e.g. MiCA/EU, ADGM/FSRA, UK FCA, HK SFC, PH SEC, Japan FSA) — prior exposure to any of these is a strong plus.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accountability 

  • Highly organized, with proven ability to track multiple concurrent projects, dependencies, and deadlines across time zones.

  • Excellent logical thinking, written communication, and presentation skills 

  • Comfortable coordinating across large cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder follow-ups independently.

  • Takes full ownership of tasks and outcomes, not just inputs. Self-learning personality and ability to work independently and resolve problems end to end as the DRP/POC. 

  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with changing requirements based on regulatory and business needs 

  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders; based in Asia time zone UTC+8 (±2) is preferred.

  • Openness to feedback and a strong willingness to continuously improve.

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in large teams and managing stakeholder relations is necessary.
