Responsibilities

The Entry Level Credit Analyst/Finance Assistant will help maintain positive relationships with major auto lenders, they process car deals, print, package and scan paperwork. They are responsible for preparing and sending documents to lenders for funding.

  • Responsible for packaging deals and funding contracts.

  • Must accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.

  • Accurately watch and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in Dealer Bible for all unfunded deals.

  • Send/scan all F&I contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.

  • Prioritize car deals to ensure the One Hour promise time to customers is met.

  • This position works directly with our sales staff, and does not interact directly with customers.
