  The Pizza Cook I supports pizza production by preparing dough/patting,according to established recipes and quality standards. This entry-level role focuses on consistency, speed, and food safety while building foundational pizza-making skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Pizza Preparation – Entry Level

  • Prepare and portion pizza dough according to specifications.
  • Pat pizzas accurately and consistently.
  • Follow recipe standards for sauce amounts and coverage.
  • Stage prepared pizzas for next production step.

Kitchen Operations & Sanitation

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen-awareness procedures.
  • Assist with restocking ingredients and rotating product as directed.
  • Support team members during peak service as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 

· Entry-level kitchen experience preferred but not required. 

· Allergen Awareness Certification required (or ability to obtain).

· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
