Job Summary

The Project Delivery Administrator supports the Projects Specialists in executing integrator projects from PO receipt through equipment delivery.

NOTE- THIS IS AN ENTRY-LEVEL ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE, NOT TECHNICAL.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Support project execution from PO receipt through equipment delivery
  • Coordinate shipment readiness with internal manufacturing teams
  • Track project totals and request updated PO or change order from integrator when deemed necessary
  • Facilitate communication across engineering, manufacturing, and project teams
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation
  • Assist with semi-annual financial audits (JSOX)
Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • 0-2 years of experience in material handling, automation, or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or data systems experience a plus
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel (including occasional overnight stays)
