Job description

Chemroom / Cleanroom Operator – Semiconductor Manufacturing

Pay: $21-27/hr (DOE)
Weekly Pay | Overtime Available | Entry-Level OK

Shifts Available:

  • Day Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:00am–2:30pm
  • Swing Shift (Bus Friendly): Mon–Fri, 2:00pm–10:30pm
  • Graveyard: Mon–Fri, 10:00pm–6:30am

Job Summary

We are hiring Chemroom and Cleanroom Operators to support semiconductor manufacturing by cleaning, refurbishing, inspecting, and preparing precision parts. This is a fast-paced, high-demand environment with plenty of overtime available.

Entry-level candidates are welcome—training is provided for motivated individuals who are reliable and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean, process, and refurbish semiconductor parts using chemical and mechanical methods
  • Inspect parts for defects and ensure strict quality standards are met
  • Load/unload parts into chemical tanks following timed processes
  • Use tools such as pressure washers, sanders, and hand detailing equipment
  • Operate hoists and material handling equipment
  • Dry, clean, and package parts in cleanroom environments
  • Complete inspection checks and document results accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace

Cleanroom Duties (May Include)

  • Operate CDA nozzles, ovens, and cleaning systems
  • Perform chemical rework processes when needed
  • Label, seal, and package finished parts
  • Follow contamination control procedures at all times

Requirements

  • Entry-level OK (1+ year production/manufacturing/cleaning experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Team player with strong work ethic and reliability

Work Environment

  • Controlled chemical and cleanroom environment
  • Full PPE required (cleanroom suit, gloves, face shield, etc.)
  • Loud environment with temperature variations
  • Strict safety and contamination standards
