We are looking for hardworking/motivated individuals with good work ethics for our open Entry Level Construction Field Technician position. You will get the opportunity to learn heating, cooling, piping, construction and plumbing from the ground up through sheet metal fabrication, pipe assembly, shipping and receiving, deliveries, maintaining shop equipment and equipment installations. Advancement opportunities available based on job performance.
DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Comply with all safety rules
  • Arrive on time daily
  • Load and unload materials and equipment and prepare site for work daily; keep workspaces clean and organized
  • Wiring, soldering, piping, threading, and drilling
  • Ductwork and piping Installations
  • Ability to be able to read blueprints
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to the role
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Desires to pursue a career in the HVAC and/or Plumbing Field
  • Friendly demeanor and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
  • Willing to drive to various jobsites throughout Wisconsin
  • Positive and professional attitude

  • Ability to read a tape measurer amp; take measurement/calculate the size and amount of material

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
