Our growing construction company is looking for a dependable Management Trainee to join our team. We are looking for someone with integrity and a strong willingness to learn. Construction experience is a plus, but it is not required. We value character, motivation, and a willingness to learn above all else.
The right candidate should be hardworking, teachable, reliable, and able to work well with a crew. This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the construction industry. Responsibilities:
  • Be willing to learn the big picture of job site management.
  • Carry out both administrative and in-field tasks as needed.
  • Learn new construction skills as needed.
  • Assist carpenters, crew leaders, and supervisors with daily job site tasks.
  • Load, unload, carry, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Help with remodeling, framing, demolition, repairs, punch-out work, and general construction tasks.
  • Follow directions and work safely around tools, equipment, ladders, and other trades.

Required Qualifications:
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to follow directions and work well with a team.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical work.
