Job Title: Fabrication Manufacturing Technician (Fab Technician)
Pay Rate: $28–$32 per hour
Number of Positions: 1
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Shift: Graveyard (Rotating Schedule)
Position Summary
The Fabrication Manufacturing Technician (Fab Technician) is responsible for performing a variety of manufacturing and support duties within a fabrication environment. This role involves operating tools, following defined manufacturing processes, conducting tests, and performing basic troubleshooting to support production goals. Entry-level technicians will work under established process documentation and supervision.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform manufacturing and fabrication duties in one or more production areas
  • Operate a variety of tools and equipment in accordance with documented procedures
  • Conduct tests and perform basic troubleshooting as required
  • Follow oral and written work instructions, process documents, and safety guidelines
  • Support manufacturing operations through accurate documentation and communication
  • Maintain productivity during standard and extended work hours
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate routine manufacturing matters
Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to understand and explain oral and written instructions
  • Effective communication skills within a manufacturing team environment

  • Every other week includes Wednesday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
