Job description

COMPUTER TECHNICIAN/FRONT DESK for senior health center - Spoken Vietnamese Required.
Senior health center looking for a computer technician and front desk. Seeking someone reliable and motivated to help the community. Must speak Vietnamese and English.
Must have knowledge of the following (NO exceptions):
1. *Microsoft Office 2003 (Access, Excel, Word)* for daily tasks.
2. Microsoft Windows 2003 Server
3. Active Directory/File Server
4. Data Backup/Recovery (Genie Backup)
5. Desktop Support (Hardware/Software)
6. Networking (Lan & Wan)
7. Printer Sharing
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Manage Microsoft Access 2003 database
2. Manage & Create Microsoft Excel 2003 forms
3. Organize Transportation for center patients
4. Taking daily roll calls (sign-in/sign-out)
5. Desktop, server, and network support (minimal)
6. *Front desk administrator duties including answering phones and basic filing.
Position: Part time (with potential for full-time)
Monday-Friday 8:00am-2:00pm

Starting pay at $20 DOE.
