LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an IT Coordinator in Nashville, TN . This role is responsible for supporting an organization's technology infrastructure, end users, and day-to-day IT operations. This role serves as a key resource for troubleshooting technical issues, managing hardware and software assets, coordinating technology projects, and ensuring users have the tools and support needed to perform their jobs efficiently. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and comfortable working with a wide variety of technologies.

Schedule: HYBRID - 2 days on-site; 3 days remote
Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 (flexible upon experience)

Job Description:
  • Provide first and second-level technical support to employees.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner.
  • Assist users with technology-related questions and system access.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access rights.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain technology inventory and asset records.
  • Assist with maintenance of servers, networks, cloud platforms, and business systems.
  • Monitor system performance and report issues.
  • Coordinate software installations, upgrades, and patches.
  • Support system backups and recovery procedures.
  • Assist with IT projects and technology implementations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and service providers.
  • Track project milestones, schedules, and documentation.
  • Help evaluate and recommend technology solutions.
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives and best practices.
  • Assist with security awareness training.
  • Help maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report potential security incidents.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is helpful, but not required.
  • 2+ years of technical support, help desk, or IT administration experience.
  • Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and IT asset management.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and endpoint management tools.
