We are currently looking for a Help Desk Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll provide essential support to our clients by troubleshooting and resolving issues with their Windows operating systems and user applications. Our Help Desk Engineers deliver both remote and on-site services, ensuring our clients’ technology runs smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot desktop and server operating systems, hardware, peripherals, and applications.
  • Install, configure, and support client desktops, laptops, devices, peripherals, and infrastructure components.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by owning and resolving issues from start to finish, both remotely and on-site.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients to ensure they feel supported and confident in the solutions provided.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office application support.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting and supporting hardware (desktops, laptops, and peripherals).

  • Advanced expertise with Windows 11 desktop and Windows Server 2019-2025 operating systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 cloud services and applications.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (routing, switching, subnetting).
  • Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware vSphere, N-Able N-Central, ConnectWise Manage, HPE ProLiant Servers, and Cisco Networking.
