Job Description:

Harvest is Blackstone’s Philadelphia-area based public markets investment adviser managing investment funds for marquee institutional investors. Harvest focuses extensively on energy and infrastructure public securities. Blackstone’s Analyst program is a unique experience among financial firms, enabling participants to enhance well-rounded and fine-tuned business skills. They perform fundamental analysis and modeling to make investment recommendations on companies using a value-oriented approach and an emphasis on original, bottom-up research. Analysts will also monitor ongoing investment opportunities and industry trends.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses of current and potential investments.
  • Interact frequently with industry analysts, industry participants, customers and vendors.
  • Meet with senior management; attend industry conferences.
  • Comply strictly with relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Solid financial modeling and spreadsheet skills.
  • Fluency with financial analytics and analytical tools such as Bloomberg, FactSet, etc.
  • An interest in real assets, energy, and infrastructure markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
