Job description

We are hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives to support nonprofit organizations through face-to-face community outreach, fundraising campaigns, local events, and community engagement.

No previous fundraising or nonprofit experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and mentorship to help you develop valuable skills in communication, leadership, fundraising, relationship building, and community engagement.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, customer service professionals, retail associates, hospitality workers, sales professionals, event staff, and anyone interested in building a career in nonprofit outreach and communications.

What You'll Do
  • Represent nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach campaigns.
  • Engage with community members through friendly, professional, face-to-face conversations.
  • Educate the public about nonprofit programs, missions, and community initiatives.
  • Increase awareness and support for charitable campaigns.
