Position Summary
The Community Outreach Manager is a field-based sales professional responsible for driving territory growth through direct sales, community engagement, and strategic partnerships. This role focuses on developing relationships with healthcare providers, schools, government agencies, service coordinators, and community organizations that serve individuals with special needs.
This role is responsible for generating and closing sales opportunities through consultative engagement, education, and partnership development while serving as a trusted resource within the special needs community.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Develop relationships with service coordinators, case managers, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Secure partner commitments that result in client orders
• Manage outreach activities and territory development strategies
• Represent AngelSense at conferences, workshops, and community events
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
• Collaborate with internal teams to support territory growth initiatives
• Gather customer and market insights to support continuous improvement
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of sensitive information

• Conversion rate of outreach meetings to orders

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
Benefits
Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
Target Bonus: 25% of Base Salary
On-Target Earnings: $100,000 - $110,000
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 401(k)
Travel Requirements
50% - 60% travel throughout the assigned territory (local travel only). This position will cover two Regional Centers: Far Northern Regional Center in Redding and Redwood Coast Regional Center in Eureka. Business expenses reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
