• Develop rapport with clients quickly to create a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate regular individual and couples therapy sessions utilising evidence-based practices.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, referring clients to specialists when required for comprehensive care.
• Engage in ongoing evaluation and modification of treatment strategies, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Participate in clinic-wide meetings and professional development sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

As an LMFT at Community Outreach Network, you will serve a varied client base that includes individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health issues—from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and trauma recovery. Your work will help empower clients to develop coping strategies and support systems, facilitating their journey to emotional stability and resilience.

• A valid and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting individual and couples therapy.
• A strong understanding of diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders.

• Specialized training related to addiction counseling or working with co-occurring disorders.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices and methodologies.
• Experience in developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Strong background in using electronic medical record systems for tracking patient progress and documentation.

Community Outreach Network offers competitive salaries ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
