CareHub In Home Care is seeking a Business Development & Community Outreach Manager – Home Care to expand local awareness and drive growth through meaningful community partnerships.

Position Summary

In this full-time remote role based in Sacramento, CA, you will develop and execute outreach strategies that strengthen CareHub’s presence in the community and support sustainable home care referral pipelines. You will act as a key point of contact for community organizations, referral sources, and stakeholders, translating relationship-building into measurable business results.

You will collaborate across internal teams to identify opportunities, craft outreach plans, and ensure community engagement efforts align with the needs of clients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and local organizations to support home care awareness and growth.

  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in community outreach activities, events, and presentations that reinforce CareHub’s value and services.

  • Identify local market opportunities and develop targeted outreach approaches based on community needs and performance insights.

  • Support lead generation and referral tracking by maintaining organized documentation and communicating updates with internal teams.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure outreach activities reflect service priorities and deliver a consistent experience.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in business development, sales support, outreach, or community engagement within a service-focused environment.
