Position Summary

The Marketing Communications Assistant supports live event marketing campaigns and promotional outreach efforts for nonprofit and community-based initiatives. This role focuses on face-to-face communication, brand representation, and customer engagement during events and promotional activities.

The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and comfortable interacting with the public in fast-paced event environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients and campaigns at promotional events and community activations
• Engage directly with event attendees to communicate campaign messaging and goals
• Provide information about services, programs, and fundraising initiatives
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations
• Support team members during live marketing events and outreach campaigns
• Maintain a positive and professional brand image at all times
• Help track event participation and attendee engagement
• Contribute to achieving campaign and outreach goals
