Job description

Synergize is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Marketing Communications Assistant to join our growing event marketing and community outreach team. This entry-level marketing position is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in marketing communications, event marketing, public relations, brand promotion, community engagement, or customer outreach.

Our team partners with nonprofit organizations and community initiatives to create engaging live marketing events, awareness campaigns, and face-to-face promotional experiences that connect organizations with local communities. About the Marketing Communications Assistant Role

As a Marketing Communications Assistant, you'll support live promotional events, nonprofit awareness campaigns, and community outreach initiatives while representing our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm. Responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable brand presence at every event
  • Track campaign participation, customer interactions, and event performance metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to achieve campaign goals and outreach objectives
  • Participate in ongoing paid training, team meetings, and professional development programs
