We are looking for a motivated Assistant Marketing Manager to support campaign growth, develop team members, and help execute successful marketing initiatives. This role is designed for an ambitious professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and develop skills in leadership, client management, marketing strategy, and business operations.

Position Overview

The Assistant Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership to oversee campaign initiatives, support team performance, and ensure successful execution of client programs. This role combines marketing, communication, team development, and account coordination responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in building a long-term career in marketing management and leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives
  • Support daily operations and performance goals for assigned campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit partners, clients, and community members
  • Train and mentor entry-level team members on marketing strategies, communication skills, and campaign processes
  • Monitor campaign results and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Assist with event planning, promotional activities, and community engagement efforts
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that improve campaign performance
  • Help maintain a positive, motivated, and results-driven team environment
  • Participate in leadership development and management training programs
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership potential and desire for professional growth

  • Ability to motivate, coach, and collaborate with team members
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
