Manufacturing Associate โ€“ Entry Level ย 
Location: Santa Rosa, CA ย 
Compensation: $19โ€“20/hour ย 
Employment Type: Full-Time | Day Shift ย ย 
Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday | 7:00 AM โ€“ 3:30 PM ย ย 

We are seeking Entry-Level Manufacturing Associates to join our growing production team in Santa Rosa. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with their hands and have experience in activities such as jewelry making, crafting, or detailed work under a microscope. If you are detail-oriented and thrive in a team environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.ย 

Responsibilities: - Perform detailed assembly work in a production/manufacturing environment ย - Work with small components and precision tools ย - Follow written and verbal instructions carefully ย - Maintain quality standards and accuracy throughout the assembly process ย - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals ย - Keep workstations clean and organized ย  Qualifications: ย - High School Diploma or equivalent required ย - Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment required ย - Assembly and/or medical manufacturing experience preferred ย - Experience working under a microscope is a plus ย - Strong attention to detail and hand dexterity ย - Ability to understand, speak, and read English ย - Strong communication and interpersonal skills ย - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ย - Basic counting and math skills required ย - Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented ย  Candidates must be able to pass a background and drug test. ย ย
