About the Role:

As a Data Entry/Web Researcher, you will learn the skills required to develop proficiency in Skip Tracing, the art of locating individuals using public data sources including consumer information databases, to help identify consumers who have delinquent accounts. A Web Researcher will have the following primary responsibilities:

  • Develop analytics skills used to gather, analyze, and evaluate information from various sources, such as court records, credit header data, and people location software.
  • Update verified data in system of record.
  • Perform in depth people searches for information to assist in the legal collections process.

Qualified applicants will possess the following skills:

  • Understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
