As an HVAC Installer at Cellino Plumbing Heating and Cooling you will play a critical role in our mission to provide top-notch HVAC installation services to our valued customers. We are seeking Lead HVAC Installers with a solid background in all things HVAC Install, and who embody and promote our core values..
As an installer in our HVAC department you will be responsible for properly installing units. You will ensure safety, quality & profitability on install jobs is consistently met. Work week is primarily Monday - Friday starting at 7am. Pay commensurate with experience. Advertised pay is the average pay of hourly plus bonus. There is no maximum to the amount you can earn!
Responsibilities
  • Installation: Install HVAC systems, including but not limited to furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers in primarily residential settings. Ensure that installations per performed in accordance with industry standards and local building codes.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in working with various HVAC equipment and systems. Possess in-depth knowledge of boiler systems and their installations.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of workmanship, ensuring every installation meets quality standards and customer expectations. Conduce quality checks and tests to verify system functionality and efficiency.
  • Professionalism: Interact with customers and team members in a courteous and professional manner. Provide clear explanations of work performed to customers and address any questions or concerns.
  • Safety compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.
  • Team Collaborations: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other team members to complete installations efficiently and on schedule.
  • Work with proper techniques, following all code, and safety requirements
  • Reach expectations & goals for position
  • Maintain a positive relationship with inspectors
  • Adhere to Service System
  • Communicate clearly, show recognition and build rapport with customers and co-workers
