Summary

Perform tasks involving physical labor at various job sites; May operate hand and power tools of all types. Often working under the direct supervision of the lead technician. This position entails performing basic entry-level regular maintenance technicians' duties which may involve carpentry, concrete, light electrical, light plumbing, painting, drywall, etc

  • Responsible for performing visual observation on various building components and site amenities to the best of ability and immediately reporting all hazardous and life safety concerns to company management.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and perform repairs and installations per work orders or scopes of work.
  • Assist with coworkers' needs as directed by Management.ย 
  • Purchase and deliver materials for jobs.
  • Perform repairs and tasks as required per work order or scope of work.ย 
  • Read all technical data and MSDS information to maintain high-level safety on jobs and follow the Safety Code of Conduct.
  • Performs all work using best installation and application practices.

Skills and Abilities


  • Entry Level Technician requires 0-1 year of working experience in the following trades or willing to learn: Framing, Concrete, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Painting, Welding, Drywall, Stucco, Masonry, and/or Roofing.
  • Trade, OSHA, and Equipment Certification are a plus but not required for the positionย 
  • Valid Driver's License without any driving restrictions, no DUI or DWI in the past five years.ย ย 
  • Limited ability to use various construction, power, and hand tools.ย 
  • Has Self-starting capabilities, and the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Responsible for the safety of the site, team, and self.ย 
  • Basic knowledge of technology including basic computer skills, software, smartphones, and tablets.ย 
  • Transportation is required and must be reliable, presentable in working conditions, and able to transport and deliver materials and tools such as ladders, wheelbarrows, and other equipment to the worksites.
  • Physical Abilities: The ability to lift 50 pounds, work at heights and able to work in extreme weather conditions, able to continually climb, balance, stoop, and kneel sometimes for prolonged periods of time is required.
