Position Overview


We are looking for a motivated entry-level team member who is eager to learn and build a long-term career in the construction and engineering industry. No prior experience is required — we will provide training and hands-on mentorship.

As you grow in this role, you will be trained in construction coordination, seismic bracing systems, AutoCAD drafting, project documentation, material takeoffs, and building code fundamentals.


What You Will Learn

  • Participate in team coordination meetings
  • Learn industry standards and company procedures
