Job description

The Sprinkler Install Technician is responsible for independently performing installation of fire sprinkler systems. This position requires demonstrated technical competency and the ability to complete standard jobs without direct supervision. The technician may be considered at a Journeyman level and is expected to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Independently perform installation of fire sprinkler systems.
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for installation projects.
  • Use hand tools and installation equipment to complete assigned tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local codes.
  • Accurately and timely complete required documentation and installation reports.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Support and assist entry-level technicians and apprentices as needed.
  • Travel to job sites as required.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Education/Qualifications:
  • F1 or F1 License required.
  • Strong understanding of fire sprinkler system installation practices.
  • Must have a clean driving record and active driver's license (if driving is required).

Other Duties:
  • Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
  • Performs other duties assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Work performed in commercial, industrial, and construction environments.
  • Exposure to varying conditions including heights, confined spaces, and active job sites.

Pay:
  • $40 to $50 per hour DOE & License.
  • Weekly pay.
