Nordson is seeking motivated team members for all shifts at our clean, temperature-controlled facility located at 10 Connecticut Avenue, Norwich, CT 06360.

  • Starting Pay: $18.75/hr – $21.75/hr

We are hiring for the following roles + many more:

  • Manufacturing and Production Operator (Entry-Level to Experienced)
  • Shipping and Receiving and Logistics Specialist (Experienced, will train with minimal experience)

Whether you are looking to start as a Manufacturing and Production Operator or step in as a Shipping and Receiving and Logistics Specialist, we provide full training and room to grow. Machine Operating or assembly or packing or quality control experience a plus. Shipping, receiving, forklift, warehouse and logistics experience a plus. Previous fast food, serving, retail or cashier experience a plus but not required—we WILL TRAIN!

If you excel as a hands-on Manufacturing and Production Operator or enjoy keeping inventory moving as a Shipping and Receiving and Logistics Specialist, we want to meet you! Must be able to read work orders and stand for 8 hour shifts. Experience working in a GREAT WORK ENVIRONMENT. WILL TRAIN! Mindset makes all the difference.
