Job Description:

A Financial Services firm is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst individual to join their team. The FP&A Analyst will interface extensively with the CFO and senior management. This is a great opportunity for junior to mid-level candidates.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quarterly track records and report current/projected performance for the firm
  • Prepare weekly and monthly liquidity reports to determine liquidity needs and timing of investor capital calls/distributions
  • Support external audit requests and data entry assignments as required
  • Prepare specific FP&A reports as requested by investors
  • Create extensive financial models using Microsoft Excel
  • Complete extensive projects as required

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of financial planning and analysis experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, VBA coding
  • Excellent organizational, communication, multi-tasking and analytical skills
  • Ideal candidate would be detail oriented with great work ethic
  • Ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time
  • This candidate must have previous FP&A experience

Compensation:
