JOB DUTIES:
Professional Experience
Preferably 6 month's experience in any field where exceeding customers' expectations were met
Hotel Experience
Be flexible and willing to perform other tasks as necessary or requested
Wear hotel uniform in compliance with hotel standards
Welcomes guests to the lobby- breakfast bar and provides fast and courteous service to ensure an enjoyable dining experience and repeat business
Set up the Hot " On the House" breakfast each morning by following the Hotel franchise Breakfast guidelines
Consistently interact with the guests in an effort to provide a superior breakfast experience.
Communicate feedback to hotel management
Maintain Food Service quality and safety standards
Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment that meets both County Health Codes and the Hotel Quality assurance requirements.
Job Requirements:
Must have excellent customer service skills and a stable work history
Must be able to work entire shift on feet at a quick pace
Must be flexible to work any shift as needed to include weekends
