Lead Automated Assembly Maintenance Technician to support second shift operations. This role combines hands-on technical troubleshooting with leadership responsibilities, ensuring equipment reliability while guiding and supporting the maintenance team.

What You'll Do - Troubleshoot and repair automated assembly equipment (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic systems)
- Perform preventative maintenance and changeovers
- Conduct first-piece inspections and pre-production checks
- Prioritize machine repairs to minimize downtime
- Maintain maintenance inventory and coordinate parts needs
- Enter maintenance records into CMMS
- Lead and support maintenance technicians on shift
- Promote safety and 5S standards
What We're Looking For - High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical training in automation or mechatronics preferred
- 4+ years experience in automated manufacturing maintenance
- 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Proficient with precision measuring instruments
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
Physical Requirements - Ability to stand and move throughout shift
- Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working around automated equipment
