Your day to day as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager

As a key player in our 2nd Shift Warehouse team at Viking Coca Cola in St. Cloud, MN, you will assist in supervising and directing the daily activities of our dedicated load crew, ensuring productivity and efficiency. You will oversee 3rd Shift Forklift Drivers, aiding in truck loading while verifying the accuracy of loads for accountability. Your role will include interviewing and hiring new employees, providing essential training, and coaching to develop their skills.

In collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, you’ll coordinate work hours, manage scheduling, and track timekeeping. You will uphold safety protocols, maintain cleanliness in the warehouse, and foster a cooperative work environment to boost morale. Additionally, you’ll seek opportunities for operational efficiencies, recommend maintenance procedures, and serve as a backup during the Warehouse Manager’s absence. Requirements for this 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager job

To excel as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager at Viking Coca Cola in St. Cloud, MN, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous supervisory and warehouse experience preferred.
